Mai auf ihrem 16. Weltkongress in Berlin den „Atlas of Palliative Care in Europe 2019“ vorgestellt. Diese 3. Auflage seit 2007 wurde von Prof. Carlos Centeno und seinem Team an der Universität Navarra erstellt.

Darin schreibt Eduardo Garralda: "As in other editions, the Atlas assesses the progress made in terms of implementation of palliative care specialised services, the development of health policies, the expansion of the use of medicines or the incorporation of palliative care into mainstream health professionals’ education in the region.
But for the first time, the Atlas explores the degree to which palliative care has been integrated into different levels of care, diseases and disciplines.
